Terms & Conditions

The terms for shopping with V&B: made-to-order numbered pieces, prices, orders, the V&B Texts program, intellectual property and more.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the V&B website at (the "Site") and your purchases from V&B. The Site and the V&B brand are operated by ("V&B", "we", "us" or "our"), located at .

By using the Site, creating an account, joining our members' club, signing up for messages or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our SMS Terms, our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Returns, Exchanges & Defects policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site and all purchases, accounts, forms and memberships are intended for adults 18 years or older. V&B designs clothing for girls, but we sell to and communicate with their parents, guardians and other adults.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and children may not create accounts, submit forms or place orders. See "Children's privacy" in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for activity under your account.

2. Our pieces

Made to order. Every piece is produced after you order it by one of our specialist makers.
Numbered editions. Drops are released in numbered, capped editions. When an edition is complete, it is not restocked or remade.
Colors and fit. We show our pieces as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small variations in color, print placement and measurements are a normal part of garment production. See our Size Guide.
Exclusive lines. Each line (Vetta's Line, Bella's Line, Maman's Line, the V&B Line and the V&B&M Line) has its own designs. V&B and V&B&M pieces are made to be worn together, and each edition is sold on its own.
Girls' hoodies. Our girls' hoodies have no drawcords at the hood.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Each piece shows one price.
Prices may change for future drops; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation, or when production begins, whichever comes first.
We may limit quantities per customer for numbered editions, and we may refuse or cancel orders we believe are fraudulent, placed by resellers, or placed in breach of these Terms. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.

5. Returns, defects and cancellations

Because every piece is made to order, our Returns, Exchanges & Defects policy applies: defects, misprints, transit damage and wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be remade or refunded; change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

6. Le Cercle and the members' box

Le Cercle has four tiers. The Free tier (Free) is the community only and is never billed. The other three are the members' box, an optional, recurring monthly membership: $98/month for one girl, $198/month for two girls and $298/month for the trio with Maman.

Automatic renewal. If you join the box, your membership renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged the monthly price shown at sign-up, plus any applicable tax and shipping, until you pause or cancel. The amount, billing date and how to cancel are shown before you confirm, and in your confirmation email.
Your consent. We charge your payment method only after you agree to the automatic renewal terms at checkout.
Pause or cancel anytime from your account (Billing & Subscription), by replying to any V&B email, or by calling . Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Pausing keeps your member number, your price and the private rooms.
Price changes. If we change the membership price, we will email you before the change applies, and you may cancel before it does. Founding members (numbers 1 to 100) keep their price while their membership stays active, pauses included.
Member pricing applies only while your membership is active. Member numbers are assigned in order of joining and are not transferable.

7. Gift memberships and gift cards

Gift memberships are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months at the monthly price and do not renew automatically.
If V&B offers gift cards, the terms shown at purchase apply. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

8. Messages and communications

If you sign up for emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

If you opt in to text messages, you join the V&B Texts program: recurring automated marketing texts (drop alerts, early-access notices and Le Cercle news) and customer care texts (order and delivery updates and replies to your questions), sent by V&B to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; to rejoin, text START or opt in again on our Site. Reply HELP for help, or contact or . Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchase. Full details are in our SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

9. Content you share

If you share photos or content with us, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child shown and consent to it being shared, and you grant V&B a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and our channels. We will not publish a child's full name, school or location, and we will remove content on request at . We may decline or remove any submission.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including the V&B name, the V&B logos and Eiffel Tower mark, designs, prints, photographs and text, belong to V&B or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Reselling numbered pieces as new or counterfeit pieces is prohibited.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping, using bots to buy numbered editions, interfering with the Site's operation, or submitting false information.

12. Third-party services

Checkout, payments, messaging and fulfillment are provided by third-party service providers. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V&B will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify V&B against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts of that state, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed and memberships renewed after the update. Material changes to membership terms will be emailed to members in advance.
