These SMS Terms apply to the V&B Texts program (the "Program"), operated by ("V&B"), .

1. Program name and description

Program name: V&B Texts.

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from V&B at the mobile number you provide, which may include:

Marketing messages: drop announcements and early-access alerts, new line and look releases, Le Cercle news and invitations, and gift reminders.
Customer care messages: order confirmations, production and shipping updates, delivery notices, membership billing reminders, and replies to your questions.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on a V&B form (our contact form or the Drop 01 quiz) and checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to texts to buy from V&B.

You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number (or have the account holder's permission) to join.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on drop timing, your orders and your membership.

4. Costs

Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. V&B does not charge for messages.

5. How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and others); availability may vary.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and consent are used only to run this Program. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
