Returns & Exchanges

V&B pieces are made to order. Defects, misprints, damage and wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery are remade or refunded.

Every V&B piece is numbered and made to order for you, after you order it. Because each piece is made especially for you and drops are never restocked, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. We stand fully behind the quality of every piece, and if anything arrives wrong, we will make it right.

Made to order: what that means for returns

Change of mind, wrong size chosen or "doesn't suit": not returnable or refundable, because the piece was produced only for your order.
Please use our Size Guide before ordering. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend the larger one: our pieces are designed to be worn for a while.

Defects, misprints, damage and wrong items (we make it right)

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, a misprint, damage in transit, or it is not the item, size or color you ordered:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at with your order number.
Include clear photos of the issue (the full piece, a close-up of the problem and the care/size label) and a photo of the shipping label if the package was damaged.
We reply to every claim within . If approved, we will remake the piece at no cost to you or, if a remake is not possible (for example, the numbered edition is complete), refund the piece to your original payment method.

You will not be asked to send defective pieces back unless we tell you otherwise. Claims made after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted, because our makers' quality guarantees are time-limited.
