SHOPPING V&B

How do drops work?

V&B releases new pieces in drops: a small collection, available for a set time. When a drop closes, its pieces retire and are never made again, so a new drop always brings new pieces.

What does numbered mean?

Every piece is made in a small, capped edition and numbered. When an edition is complete, it is never restocked or made again.

What are the Lines?

Every piece belongs to a Line. Vetta's Line and Bella's Line are each girl's own designer line, Maman's Line is for Mom, and the V&B and V&B&M Lines are made to be worn together: sisters, or sisters with Mom.

Can we wear matching looks?

Yes. V&B pieces come in a Vetta and a Bella edition, and V&B&M pieces add a Maman edition. Each edition is its own product, so you choose exactly what each of you wears, and every product page links to the rest of its look.

Each piece has its own size chart. See our size guide for how to measure her and find her size.

Can you help me choose?

Yes. Send us the piece and her measurements through our contact page before you order.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes , then delivery takes . See shipping & delivery.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Each piece is made by the specialist maker that does it best. Pieces from different makers travel separately, each with its own tracking.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We ship within the United States only.

Where can I see my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Production starts quickly, so email as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor, and we never store full card numbers.

RETURNS & DEFECTS

Can I return a piece?

Because each piece is made to order for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If anything arrives defective, misprinted, damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake or refund it. See returns & exchanges.
